For all the talk of Reform since the 1990’s, nothing much has happened that directly benefits ratepayers.

Reform must be supported by a detailed cost/benefit analysis.

Adequate representation for all of our communities of interest is critical.

It is not for a Mayor or a Council to make decisions on reform. Ratepayers through referendum must decide if that is what they want.

The importance of local knowledge and local aspirations must never be discounted. Communities of Interest matter and must be heard.
